Preheat oven to 350 F
Cut Marcipan in 20 slices on parchment paper.
Bake for 5 minutes, let cool.
Whip egg whites just fluffy meanwhile heat sugar and water to 243 F. (117C)
Pour hot sugar mix into the egg whites while whisking for another 15 minutes. Add flavoring if you want.
Pipe meringue onto the baked marcipan shell]
Pour tempered chocolate over and let sit.
