No-Noodle Keto Lasagna

  • 01.

    Brown beef, garlic and onion.

  • 02.

    In separate bowl mix 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan and eggs

  • 03.

    Remove meat-mix from pot and drain grease.

  • 04.

    Mix marinara with meat, leave a little for the top.

  • 05.

    Use a small spring form pan that fits into the pot, lined with tin-foil.

  • 06.

    Layer the meat and cheese until no more ingredients.

  • 07.

    Final layer should the left over marinara sauce.

  • 08.

    Loosely cover with tin foil.

  • 09.

    Pour a cup of water into the bottom of the instant pot. Add the rack, then the pan.

  • 10.

    Close lid on pot, close valve then cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.

  • 11.

    Once done, perform a quick release and serve.
