    Preheat the oven to 350F degrees (177C)

    Line a muffin pan with 12 sillicone or parchment paper muffin liners.

  • 03.

    In a large bowl stir together flour, sweetener, baking power and salt.

  • 04.

    Mix in the melted coconut oil, almond milk, eggs and vanilla extract.

  • 05.

    Fold in blueberries.

  • 06.

    Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
