Not having Danish rye bread is not great, I miss it, this bread might help.

Prep: 20

Cook: 60-70 minutes

Yields: 1 loaf


  • 01.

    Pre heat the oven to 160 CELSIUS

  • 02.

    Mix nuts and seeds with oil and salt in a bowl

  • 03.

    Whip the eggs and add them to the nut-mix.

  • 04.

    Add the grated cheese and mix together.

  • 05.

    Add to loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.

  • 06.

    Remove from loaf pan, and let cool on a grate.

  • 07.

    When cold, it can be sliced thinly.
