Almond Flour Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

As I have wandered into the world of Keto dieting with great results, a friend of mine gave me this recipe which I can't wait to try.

Prep: 10

Cook: 12-15 minutes

Yields: 24 cookies


  • 01.

    Preheat oven to 350. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • 02.

    Melt butter and coconut oil together

  • 03.

    Add sweetener and Egg.

  • 04.

    Whisk until combined

  • 05.

    Mix in salt and baking soda

  • 06.

    Add Almond flour a little bit at a time to avoid any clumping. Whish together thoroughly.

  • 07.

    Fold and stir in the chocolate chips

  • 08.

    Add Vanilla and Almond extract

  • 09.

    Drop onto parchment paper - I usually get about 24 cookies out of it.

  • 10.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes. Keep a close watch on them at 12 minutes.
