This is by far the easiest way to make perfect rice every time in the pressure cooker. I'm using a Foodi, but any pressure cooker will do. You can double this recipe as much as you want without extra cooking time.
1 cup Rice
1 1/4 cup Water or broth
Salt if you like.
Rinse the rice thoroughly before using them under running water until it's given off it's starch.,Add rice to pressure cooker,Add water, make sure the water cover the rice. Add salt if you want.,Set pressure to high or max and once the pot has reached pressure, let it cook for 3 minutes.,Once you've reached 3 minutes, turn pressure cooker off (unplug from wall if needed),Leave for 10 minutes and your rice is ready to be fluffed and served.
