Pre heat the oven to 160 CELSIUS,Mix nuts and seeds with oil and salt in a bowl,Whip the eggs and add them to the nut-mix.,Add the grated cheese and mix together.,Add to loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.,Remove from loaf pan, and let cool on a grate.,When cold, it can be sliced thinly.
