Oil and/or butter
Herbs (your choice)
Add oil/butter, salt/pepper, spices/herbs to a ziplock or vacuum seal bag.,Add meat (1 piece per bag),Seal,Add to sous vide at 145F for 1 1/2-2 hours. (in that interval the chicken will remain the same),Adjust for other meats (pork:140, beef MR:129, M:135)
