Recipe

I've tried to find the perfect recipe, tried so many combinations, but this is the closest I have been able to get to the one I remember from home. Ingredients

  • 300 g Pork liver
  • 300 g Pork fat
  • 1 large Onion
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard (Strong)
  • 2 eggs Eggs
  • 1/4-1/2 l Heavy Cream

    Cooking45 minutes

    Run the liver, fat, onion through the grinder a couple of times on coarse, then another two times on fine.,Add everything to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.,Poor into oven safe dish and bake at 175 CELSIUS for 45 minutes.
