  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 2 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 25 oz maranara sauce (low carb)
  • 1 cup water
01. Brown beef, garlic and onion.
02. In separate bowl mix 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan and eggs
03. Remove meat-mix from pot and drain grease.
04. Mix marinara with meat, leave a little for the top.
05. Use a small spring form pan that fits into the pot, lined with tin-foil.
06. Layer the meat and cheese until no more ingredients.
07. Final layer should the left over marinara sauce.
08. Loosely cover with tin foil.
09. Pour a cup of water into the bottom of the instant pot. Add the rack, then the pan.
10. Close lid on pot, close valve then cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.
11. Once done, perform a quick release and serve.
